  • Interior design business website or social media
  • Completed W9 for commission
  • Applications are reviewed and approved by our team within two business days

DESIGNER PROGRAM BENEFITS

No Minimum Order

Designers can order exactly what their project requires. There is no minimum order requirement.

Single Unit Purchasing

All items can be purchased individually, allowing designers to order only what is needed for each project. There is a Designer price on every item.

5% Annual Commission

Designers receive a 5% commission on all paid invoices after any claims, returns, or credits are applied. Commissions are calculated at the start of the program.

Commissions are based on net merchandise purchases from the prior calendar year and are paid in February of the following year. Commissions are calculated on item costs only.

Invoices fully paid by December 31 are included in the commission calculation.

STANDARD FREIGHT POLICY

(Applies to all programs)

Orders over $2,000 have a 15% freight cap. Orders under $2,000 are subject to a flat freight percentage based on destination. Please refer to the freight map in our Pricing & Shipping Policies for details.

Orders may be picked up (will call) at no charge from our DC.

Orders under $1,000 in merchandise cost will incur a $50 handling fee.

Carrier Accessorial Fees:

  • Lift Gate Fee $50: Required for locations without a loading dock. Please add this service if your receiving address does not have an unloading dock.
  • Residential Delivery Fee $50: Applies to deliveries made to residential addresses.
  • Limited Access Fee $130: Applied to destinations that require additional time or effort to access due to factors such as heavy traffic, strict security, narrow roads, challenging turns, weight restrictions, or rough terrain.
  • Inside Delivery Fee $175+: Applies when the driver is required to deliver beyond the front door, garage, loading dock, or other entry points.
  • Note: Freight is calculated based on the full wholesale value.
